Loose engine bolt / oil leak

Could anyone tell me what this engine bolt is attached to inside the casing?
(pic attached)

After my last service it keeps working loose and dripping oil. Bevause of the position of the starter motor it is impossible to get it tight with a hex head attachment.

No answer to your problem, but how old is your bike? Maybe they can sort out the corrosion?
 
September 2013 bike - the front of the cylinders are much worse and I have some corrosion / bubbling on the top of the forks.

The bike does live outside all year round and I'm not the most fastidious of owners but it's not a great advert for Bavarian quality (or should I say Chinese?)
 
This happened to me at 6k miles on a 2013 TE. sprayed a fine mist over my boot. Not sure what the dealer did as they collected the bike. seem to think it was seals?

Cheers- did they cover it under warranty? I have an extended one.
