New Boots and Panties (Oh no, that was Ian Dury & The Blockheads).

Anyway, new boots fitted. Took the opportunity to re-polish the rims whilst the tyres were off.

Wet & dry #500, wet and dry #1200, using soapy water as a lubricant,

Solvol metal polish,

Elbow grease,

Chair,

Sunshine,

Beer, beer

Easy.
