Slim chance I know, and I've been told they are no longer available.

So, if any has or knows the whereabouts of a right hand (as you sit on the bike) lower fork leg for an 08-09 Stelvio, the early 50mm one. I'd be eternally grateful for a heads up.

Any great ideas for a repair to the wheel spindle Rhino clamp also gratefully accepted.

Bloody Guzzi's :comfort still love em though.

try talking to MG direct , there was a tech notice out years ago , i did get some under warranty . or change the whole front end ?

Thanks Rob, but as Theoneandonly rightly says, it's the whole lower leg I need, or at least the cast alloy spindle holder.

I would look at getting it welded up

You could give these a ring or pop it in to them to see if its possible they are quite local to you.

Cheers Steve...After spending days looking, basically all over the world, I couldn't locate a lower fork leg.

So, went along to Craig engineering in Hull, left it with them a couple of days then picked it up. When I picked it up I spoke to John the guy who'd actually done it. He'd cut a large V in the metal then welded it, reamed out the spindle hole and added a sleeve. It's a decent looking job and all for £40, which sounds much better than £673 which was the cost of a new leg. It actually looks much more robust than the original, but time will tell.

I would post some pics, but struggling with photobucket,is there something wrong with it ?
