Non starter after rebuild

Finally got round to rebuilding after replacing clutch and rebuilding gearbox, and, not start!!

Turning over, fuel to injector, but no spray when turning over. Any thoughts? I have also noticed that neutral indicator not coming on, but trying with clutch in and on centre stand...

So am wondering if the coil could be the problem? Have tried checking resistance, but not convinced I'm doing it right. Manual and Haynes book of lies talks about sockets numbered 1 and 15.... Is that the input plug (I'm guessing from the HES)?

Also am reading 12v on both sides of this socket, that doesn't seem right!

Sounds like hall sensor issues.
