Any bike around that allows you to ride comfortably?

Pal of mine had to switch to an upright bike from 'sports-tourer' due to back pain due to neck/head angle.

Hope it works out for you

Al

Sorry to hear this fella!

Have you managed to get in front of a consultant pain specialist yet?

There's a number of treatments for fibromyalgia and some folk seem to respond well. My mum had it for a year and was having real problems, but then she saw a good pain specialist and it did wonders for her.

Hope you get sorted and can get back on the bike soon!

Im currently waiting to see a specialist in Aberdeen. Might take a few months though.

Fibromyalgia is linked with over active immune system and depression.
Depression has been associated with inflammation.
Careful diet and enough vitamin D can help. Others have said the thyroid is associated. Check all these areas and see if it helps.
