Venus bike trap...
This was initially designed for the gsa water cooled but will now fit all gsa models. I have yet to try but should fit gs also.

It looks great but (not seeing it in the flesh) it looks like Mk2 could be made more easily with fewer parts.

If the lock pin holes were slotted it might even work on a bike side on it's side stand.

Just a thought.

The original one I made did that but to elongate the holes to fit would really weaken the lock

Fair enough. I was thinking a reasonable diameter flange on the pin maybe.

You could hinge the off-side and have the near side made with two plates that slide over each other. Bolts into elongated holes allow the plates to slide. Bolts welded to the nuts again with large washers.
