Anyone got one for the purposes of chain adjustment ( Hypermotard) that they dont need and would part with for some small remuneration ?

You dont get one in the toolkit as chain adjustment is according to the handbook for dealers to do FFS Even though the handbook says what the tension should be !!

It is such an easy job, 2 bolts to loosen adjust with C spanner , torque 2 bolts back up Just need the right size C Spanner as it seems a difficult thing to get hold of

I think I've got a spare one that you can have FOC apart from the cost to post it but you'll need to be patient because I'm away until the 12th September.

There used to be a guy on the Ducati forum sold decent laser cut ones so have a search on there, he might be making another batch or someone else might have taken on the job, either way it'd be the standard one you get from me because we've still got a 916 in the garage so the decent one stays :D

Today's tip is a very obvious one and that's to torque up the locking bolts in stages or you'll end up stripping one side. I've never fucked one up but quite a few have and that's why Mr Ducati says give it to the dealer. The same goes for the pinch bolts on the bottom of the fork leg because plenty of ham fisted monkeys break the casting :blast
