A newby here and to the 800GSA, but not new to BMW. Have covered over 150, 000 miles on the F800ST and love it. The GSA I have just purchased is the end of a long journey through roads bikes and 10 years of travelling on them and an overwhelming need to do something, well different. I rebuilt a 1998 Honda transalp and this year took it from the spanish west coast to Andorra across the pyrenees on mostly dirt track. I'm now in love with the idea of riding the TET and well this seemed the best choice. I am on the short side so have spent the first weekend giving her HyperPro lowered springs. I went for the full 50mm and love the change with only a few hours garage time needed and actually helped get to know the bike on the inside.
Am now in the market for a short sidestand ah well.
Anyway here's to the next miles cheers all.

Hey Martyn welcome!
Agreed that you are on the short side, you need step ladders to climb onto a chair .
Good to hear changing the springs went well.
