I have changed the indicators to some flexible LED ones they work fine but the blink rate has gone up, like a bulb has blown I take it that the ECU thinks a bulb has blown due to the lower voltage . Is there a way to fix this ?

You need ballast resistors or get someone with a GS-911 to change the canbus settings.

When the bulb blows it flashes fast so you notice & get it fixed. LED has such a low power it thinks the bulb has blown.
