Cheers chaps! With the New AT on Saturday, haven't had time to play with it yet! Need to fit my Kliktronic shifter. Not sure how yet, but i'm going to try as hard as I can to retain the quick shifter.

Nice looking machine that :thumby:

Enjoy!

Nice, I'm still enjoying my swap from GSA to S1000

Currently struggling to fit the Kliktronic shifter in a decent location. This is the only place it can go, taking a bracket off 3 engine case bolts. I was worried about it in the event of a drop over etc as it could damage the engine case but found a Russian company selling stunt cages......... so ordered one :D

What's a kliktronic shifter, what is different from the original one that's already on the bike?

Just curious, I find the BMW one pretty smooth.

Sorry should have said. Paralysed left leg! Which means I can’t shift gears with my foot, so need an adaption. Have used Kliktronic shifters for years, they’re faultless but a bespoke installation to every bike. This one appears to be quite compromised. Needless to say, loving the DCT Africa Twin :D

You’re obviously ok with using the leg to stop the bike going over on that side?? Well done you mate!

Not really, most times i've overbalanced left, I've fallen off :D I can only walk by locking my knee as my quads muscle doesn't work. Other than off road, I never once dropped the GSA though, which I've had for the last 2 years. Just practice I guess, to make sure you stop in favour of the right side

Glorious weather today!
