I managed an entertaining 227 miles out a tank of petrol last weekend
Bugger , I need to try harder ....
a GSA, I hope? If not, I'd challenge the "entertaining" bit...

I'm sure the KTM riders will better this ...... as were soulless and slow ..and the new 1290 is better ,,, is it funk ..... borrowed one and to be honest its a bit of a one trick pony ,, fast , yes .. but like all the big bhp bikes .......its awkward.

As a rule, I get about 160 to reserve light on. Here in the SE, I'm either accelerating or braking; not a lot of constant throttle in between due to the layout of stuff.
Did you put them in the right way round?
Not much wear on the pads, they’re good for a while longer!
