Since moving house a couple of weeks ago, I find I have to a lot more riding on unlit country roads than previously, and although the LED headlight is good, I could still do with more photons. There are two areas where I think the light could be better: catching the cats eyes up ahead, so you can see the road ahead when it's reasonably straight; and giving a bit more light to side to help navigate the bendier bits.
The obvious solution is to add a pair of spots. I think you can bolt them on just under the beak on a GS. But the real question is: which ones? I've read complaints about the BMW ones, that they're not that bright, so I am begining to look around at other possiblities since in my view, the more light the better. So what advice would you have?
