New Z900RS

Changed my mind, looking for a nice s/h Z900rs cafe now :beerjug: Any further feedback would be appreciated.

Want it to keep my other green meanie company ! ( Pic last Tuesday ) :D

Its awesome. One gear will do! It pulls so well and sounds pretty good for stock.

Good

Awesome engine
Sooooo Smooth
Attracts lots of attention from young and old alike
Comfy

Bad

Back brake is a bit wooden
Suspension is a bit stiff but I haven't fiddled with it yet.

Overall very pleased

Yep. Tried it last week at the MCN event at Ingliston. The first Jap in line 4 i have ever ridden in nearly 50 years of riding! (I was waiting for them to prove the concept!) VERY impressed with that engine and surprised at the lack of wind noise. A very, very nice bike.

Agree with summary above by Talaris, and they are just great fun to ride and decent tank range. I have just sold my Triumph as I will happily tour into europe on the 900.

There’s a three month waiting list on the brown/orange model. I wonder will there be new colours for next year ?

Next up may be this....the 2019 GPZ900R

That's closer to it's original than the 900rs; with a decent size seat; and a proper grab rail; that would'nt be too far away for me. Saying that; i'am more than happy with my SX so far.:beerjug:

Mmmm now they are shaping up ... great new colour for 2019.... just need spoked wheels now :thumb2

The bike looks good ken, shame about the bloke next to it:D

In 45 years of motorcycling I've never owned a Kawasaki, but I could be tempted with the Z900. Enjoy :thumb

Now this is more like it !! £2500 for the four sparkly pipes...:thumb2

They look as close to original as you could possibly get; nice A4 paint job aswell. My old 900 was a Z1b with a Devil pipe. That's a cromosexuals dream.:D

A couple of less years on two wheels for me, but the same until I got my Jaffa Z900RS. One of the few bikes that makes such a good sound that I don't feel there's any need to change the exhaust.
