Givi trekker with metal mules

Is anyone running metal mule panniers and have a givi trekker 58 litre top box fitted?
Can you tell me if the mules still can be opened with the box in place please?
The 52 is wider than the 58 so discounted it.
Need to fit 2 FF helmets in.
Help appreciated.

trekker 58 / Mules

Is anyone local to me (Oxon / Glouc / Warks border) that has a Givi Trekker 58 that would allow me to try it on my bike?
just need to see if the mule lids will lift ok.

Don't mean to state the obvious but can't you just get the dimensions and just place a base board of the same size on to simulate it?

As we live where no suppliers seem to hold stock anymore, thought it a good opportunity to chat to owner reference any issues and see quality.
But will take your stating the obvious as a good suggestion.

Suggestion, why not visit the NEC bike show to see one mounted, there’s bound to be a few there..

I have had just that on the Hex Head and LC and its just fine.

Hex Head had the SR689 rack.

The LC has the SRA5108

Thinking about adding the S410 trolley to it for next years Mugello run.

I'm away with work but can sort pictures next weekend.

No quality issues at all. Love the mM stuff but they don't do a top case that work for me and my camera stuff.
