Does anyone has a torque /power comparison between big bore kit from Sienbenrock . I would like to see the difference between the “normal” big bore and the “touring” big bore kit.

The only thig that is changing is the compression ratio that is lower on the “touring”. What should be the expected difference in performance?

Thanks to all the forum experts

Probably depends on what squish clearance you end up with, the touring with the correct squish will probably be better than the normal with the wrong squish.
Milky boy recently posted a picture of a set of barells torqued down , presumably to measure clearance to set the squish / clearance with his high comp pistons so he might have some idea of a ideal figure - I have read everything from 28 thou to hitting at less than 70 thou.
Bit like setting gear box end float, you have to decide who to believe---------.
FWIW a long time ago when working on old Brit iron ago we set deck height at zero and let the thickness of the 18 gauge/ 55 thou copper head gasket set the clearance, and that worked quite well with low comp flat tops and the head skimmed to give a bit of a squish band.
