Had an email from my local, promotional thing. £100 deposit (OTR is £10900 with £1049.88 contribution) for £149 a month. APR of 5.9%, £1 option to purchase fee, final payment £5882.60, term 36 months. Must take delivery by December 31. Tempting but had not looked into any deals at the moment as I have been eyeing up the orange camp.

The deposit contribution makes that acceptable. Just over £11k in total.
Dunno what discount is available on a r9t, suspect it must be pretty good by BMW standards or they wouldn't be giving you 10% for your deposit. Worth looking at your own finance and what discount they can give on the bike perhaps? Tesco are doing 3.1% so £10k is £291 pcm over 3 yrs or £179 over 5..total payable £10480 or £10800...saving either £450 or £750 over BM finance....

I think if I were set on one, I'd be going nearly new..

Had a look at the email again. R nine T racer :barf But it gives an idea of what you may get from your local. I don't think many people will put extraordinary miles on a R9T. Going the PCP way as a flirtation with the bike makes sense as the financial outlay is minimal.
