Stinking Wet Motocross Boots

No I just add comments to posts ad hoc :D

There was a boot dryer on Groupon the other day which was basically a hair drier with tubes to sit the boots over something like this

I actually solved the problem for way less than that.

I bought this electric floor heater off ebay for £9.99 (it's gone up in price since). Worked a treat, just lay down the boots on their side and allow the hot air to flow inside the boots. Just left it running for a bit on the conservatory floor blowing into both boots, back to back.

Worked and job done :D

Those that can have dry feet, those that can’t have wet feet...

The unconsciously incompetent think about wet boots

Time you move on a level. start thinking about the 'can' and you will be consciously incompetent :D

I might be moving on another level in 2018.... my mates are now rattling on about joining the TRF and getting 250's and 400's.... so that's another fecking bike I've got to buy?

Any recommendations?

KTM500, easy to ride on the torque, you'll not be thrashing it for a good while so you don’t have to be anal about the maintenance, better on fuel that the smaller capacity ones and when you do give it some welly it makes you go wow :D

Plus you being a farkling chap and all that will like the opportunity to turn it into the ultimate TET bike

This will get you thinking http://therollinghobo.com/500exc

Don't listen to Wreford, he knows nuffin'..............

First dirt bike? Then you need something light, simple to work on and a nice torquey engine.

I'd suggest a small 2 stroke will tick all your newbie boxes, something like this :thumb2

Yeah, but I don't want to be green laning... I want to be Adventuring occasionally off the tarmac.
