anyone in the know?

Trade in's I've been offered have consistently been £7100 / £7200 - pretty low but it's high mileage by bike standards

bike is in good nick

any idea what I could reasonably get for it privately?

You should get north of £8k, I would have thought.

Get it advertised on here and Ebay classified, and who knows? Values are low at this time of year, but will your bike be worth more in the spring? doubtful.

Some of it will depend on any extras like sat/nav, luggage etc. but I would have thought £8/8.5k would be achievable if it's a nice bike - as above though - timing is everything, but it will be 6 months older in spring?
