Had a zzr a bit back... Great bike, would do 0-100 in 2 secs, but it was so long and we'll balanced, it would just bounce the front wheel... Mental bike.
But does your GS at full tilt stay on the floor... Or does it lift (without any prompting)
 
If you want to wheelie than a gs is the wrong bike for you, can a zzr really do 0-100 in 2 secs !!
 
My GS LCs would wheelie easily so long as you switched off the traction control. I also had two 1300s which would also wheelie no problem by accelerating hard in first. Forgetting to turn off the traction control resulted in sore balls.

If you want to do wheelies buy a MT10 or KTM. They’re like they’re on Viagra.

Lol I've got a blackbird that's 0-100mph in 5.2 secs.........the zzr...... Is it a plane..... Is a bike ...... No....its *********:jes
 
Only had the front wheel up on the GSA twice in 7 years and 150,000 miles. Both times by accident, once accelerating hard from a service station on the M6 whilst overloaded with other folks luggage and cider? The other time between Blairgowrie and Braemar on an undulating road whilst changing up a gear at the crest of a rise.

My Hp4 Carbon on the other hand :D:D

Sadly not quite as quick as a ZZR.

My TC with AF-XIED units wants to pick its front wheel up off the throttle in second (the midrange torque is now huge compared to standard) but the traction control stops it.


It also does 0-100 mph in 1.5 seconds ;)

My unmodfied l/c GSA will do 0-101 mph in 1.4 seconds. JJH
 
Time goes backwards when i lift the front wheel on my hexhead,

The gyroscopic forces generated make the earth rotate in the wrong noitcerid, ;)
 
If 2 seconds means less than three seconds, it might well be possible. Fireblades etc were 2.9 secs a few years ago, I’m sure they are more controlling nowadays, but still seriously fast as I’m sure the S1000RR brigade will be along to tell us soon.....

You all take things too literally around here... figure of speech... but it was bloody quick!! Would do close to 70 MPH in first LOL... but it was heavily modified... forget the BHP...200 springs to mind ;)

Wonder if thats why I’m getting air... I have the modules fitted also... was out with my Son on the back last week (about 30KG) and I could not keep it down ... great fun...

I have a IT465 for wheels up... they are just mental

I have a HP4 track bike that wheelies in the first 2 gears with traction control off, but I normally leave it on, as I feel safer with both tyres on the floor. It goes from 0-100 before you can say ,six- months - ban ! So I don’t use it on the road .
My GS rallye only does 0-100 in around 14 secs though so I need to come to Bradford to get some lessons in acceleration from yourself
