Basically same lid, the difference being the extra air intake on the front. Having now tried both with the chin vent open they are bloody noisy. However with the upper chin vent closed and the lower chin vent open on the E1 quietness is restored.

E1 is a great helmet with a bloody annoying, flimsy vibrating peak

Done a few thousand miles in all weather conditions and my peak has never vibrated.
Plenty of vibrating peaks being reported by owners .... I known I'm 'special' but it wasn't just me who had an issue with it
