Fob battery drain.

Afternoon All,

Is anyone aware of why a key fob has a constant battery drain? I have gone through three batteries in a few weeks, all where new and good from two separate retailers so the issue is with the fob and not the batteries.

I therefore assume there is a near constant drain on the battery from the fob and wondered if this could be reset or if I require to purchase a new item?

My remotes are over seven years old and still working fine on original batteries. Maybe one of your buttons is stuck down? or the micro switch inside is fubar.?

Same here, both mine work fine and are 11 years old, don't even go near them all through the winter, maybe as said it's a stuck button.
