145 psi would be a low reading on any engine. >200psi is pretty high but it has a knock sensor so no worries.

Run it on cheap petrol with open exhaust. It will be so weak any carbon wont last long.

a de-coke ? i haven't done one of these for so so long , just run some fuel/inj cleaner through it and save yourself the aggro .
