Replacing ageing Hein Gericke textiles.

Oxford Montreal 2.0 get v good reviews (£600 ish)

Do you want an all year round suit? Gor-tex? Dry weather only?

Dane Clothing looks good, using Goretex and Armacor - should guarantee that they make quality, for a price-point below Rukka.

My Hein Gericke was (is) good all year round kit. I need to match so Gor-tex or equivalent.

BMW Tourshell, externally waterproof, some venting, all day comfortable and well within budget.

Just had a look - HG using Sheltex and Sympatex instead of Goretex, now............

I wonder if that choice was down to HG or perhaps Goretex themselves.

Al

No idea, but I bought a jacket there last year and used it for my 4 week Scotland tour. Warm, dry, good fit and all for £200, reduced from £400.It might not be the latest or greatest, but it works for me.
