I don't know if anyone can help me out or if there is such a thing.
Does anyone know of a drybag manufacturer that makes a side loading drybag of around 40L capacity that has a base support to stop it drooping when fitted to the rear rack of a bike?
I know I could fit an enlarger to my current rack, but would much prefer to buy a bag that can support the contents on its own.

Thanks in advance.

...watches with interest.
I have been looking at this conundrum and figured a slightly 'corrugated' sheet of 1.2 - 1.5mm aluminium the length and width of the bag would suffice...I say corrugated, simply bent along its length 4 or 5 times to give it some rigidity (hope that makes sense)

get your arses off down the local signshop and ask for a piece of 'foam board' - I would suggest 6mm upwards ( I think it goes up in 2mm increments), it goes right up to something like 36mm!! Or, get them to show you some composite board (Reynoboard) which is an aluminium face over a plastic core (the stuff that Grenfell Tower was clad in)
rigid as hell for its thickness over its length . very easy to tool with a straight edge and a sharp Stanley blade.

You might even be able to persuade them to make you a 'biscuit tin lid' for your bag . - basically a V is cut into the board to allow the sides to be folded up, cut squares out of the corners and then rivet or bond the up stands with an off cut to make something resembling a deep roasting tray..... ask the missus if you are not sure what one of those looks like ;) :beerjug:
