Amazon Prime Video account on Samsung!

Hi, any advice on getting Prime video account to work properly on Samsung phone and Samsung blu-ray PVR.

The account works fine on iPads and iPhones.

On the Samsung kit I am asked to sign up for a 30 day trial or pay for each show even though I am signed in to my account.

The phone and blu-ray are already listed as devices in the account.

My Google searching has been fruitless to date.

Are you logged onto amazon. Com where you should be co.uk? I never log on via the video app itself. If you get the shopping app, log into that you should auto log onto the prime video app.

Which browser are you using and have you allowed cookies?

What Samsung device is it?

Should be an app in both cases. Mobile browser does work but it's pretty clunky way to use prime video on a phone.

How many devises are you logged on .

Sorry but I have now found the problem was password related.

2 Amazon accounts using the same email address!
