Frozen Ignition lock... Maybe

I have had this problem with topbox lock and with seat lock in the past. First time it was with seat lock, and WD40 did nothing. ACF50, however, sorted it straight away. When it happened to the top box lock I used ACF50 and it worked straight away.

Keep my bike in garage and wash it, but corrosion somewhat unavoidable. It might not be your issue, but can't see any other mention of this so thought I would post in case of use.
