Thought I'd share this with anyone interested. Hot off the press from my email to Kriega.

  • You can use a washing machine.
  • no hotter than 40c.
  • Easycare/delicates wash.
  • Non-bio powder - bio will ruin it big style.
  • put in a duvet cover or tie socks to the metal harness rings to prevent damage to them or washing machine drum.
  • Short spin.
  • Dry naturally. DO NOT place on a radiator or tumble dry.
  • Wash the waterproof liner separately in the same way.

Bob's your uncle.

good to know....

I have a couple that could do with a spruce ..

Sounds a bit of a faff to me. I put mine on the ground, squirt muc-off at it, agitate with a stiff broom and blast off with a hose. Hang up to dry for a couple of days. Alls good

That's great....just the same method I use on my underpants.

But some of us have washing machines to stop us having to wash things by hand - in fact that’s one of the main reasons we got ours. We also have a machine that washes dishes for similar reasons.
