Last year I had a bit of annual leave to use up so rather than waste it I took the opportunity for a quick trip over to Wales, having never been before I can honestly say it was great, I went back in September 2017 to do it again with the cancellation of the Welsh Road Race I'll take the opportunity for another snort round later this year.

To my shame it took me a year to get a quick write up done on the trip! :eek:

Well.....do some research before you go next time! Hell Fire! If you think that route was good....wait until you see the better ones. Look at best biking roads BBR for more input.

Have a look at the Welsh National Rally which is organised by the Clive MCC and is a great way to see a lot more of Wales. Highly recommended. :thumb2
 
The area aound the Elan Valley was my most pleasant biking surprise last year :beerjug:
