I think this is very strange as obviously BMW themselves developed the BMS-whatever system in house and only knows whats on there and how it works and how to tune it through software updates what other tuners like alpha-technik have not been able to do so far.To get into the ECU and improve it for more power,less TC intervention,quicker shift-assist,etc where otherwise EU-3 or EU-4 emission regulations prevented them to get the most out of their engines.
