Just wondered if these are interchangeable. I have acquired a new topbox and would like to swap out the 2 lock barrels from my old one. Does anyone know how this is done? Cheers in advance

Take it to your dealer. They'll probably swap the lock wafers for free while you natter about bikes over a coffee.
Re-coding / exchanging wafers in these locks is very easy.
Google is your friend, there are plenty of how to videos on you tube.
The wafers in the vario panniers are the same as the one used in the GSA Aluminium panniers.
The wafers are numbered 1,2&3 .
