Has anyone else lost the phone symbol on a nav v ,amd recall how to get it back?? Triedvtaking the battery out ,but still nothing.

Got phone AND headset connected. It only displays if you are all set to make or take a call.

Didn't used to ,symbol was there and turned blue when connected,nothing at all now . Can't even use smart phone connect as nothing there to connect.
