I think have ignored the lady who lives inside my Nav 1V.
She seems to have stopped speaking to me for some reason.
I have sworn at her a lot over the years and at times just not listened
when she was talking to me maybe thats the reason?
It is connected to a Scala G4. When I first turn the bike on
the G4 tells me the gps is connected, I get a beep for speed cameras
but no voice prompts for navigation.
I have gone through all the settings and nothing is on mute and
volume up full on both scala and nav.
Have I pissed her off enough that she has left me forever and need a younger lady
or can I win her back?

Have you tried one of the other voices, I'm presuming there is a choice of voice, sometimes I find that making a change like this can reboot whatever function is glitching on a computer based device, it's worth a shot, nothing to loose and all that.

not speaking

Well, the old girl seems to have stopped sulking.
The solution seems to be, have the scala g4 switched on before switching on
the bike and the sat nav.
If I do it the other way round she stops speaking to me again.
Moody cow.

So switch on headset first. I wondered why my nav would not talk to me sometimes . Good advice
