    As you can see.

Grim as we steam past Gib.

Crossing a bit rough. 90 deg of bank at this stage, happily I glued my boots and helmet to the floor.

Looks a bit brighter as we approach Morocco.

    Looking forward to better weather.........

Managed to hurt my helmet on ferry wall too. annoying.

Thought Id cover getting into Morocco . If done better elsewhere I apologise.....

As I see it there are 2 steps.

    1. You. Go to desk on ferry and if not been before you'll get a stamp like in photo with your number on it (the 10598 etc one) after filling out a small white form on board. All piece of cake.

I already had my number but still go to immigration desk on ferry as he will stamp you in there and then.

For whatever reason most people seem to think that this needs to be done within 0.00000000005 seconds of boarding and thus huge queue.

We waited until 15 mins out and presto no queue.

    Zero dramas and easy.

    2. Importing your Bike.

Again use the forms on line and cut into 3 pieces.

On arrival in Morocco present the following as required......

    V5
    Passport with stamp
    Vehicle paperwork.

Of the 3 pieces regarding vehicle.....

I gave all 3 pre cut and stapled together.

They keep one, give you back 2. (One to exit and one to keep) Don't lose as exiting will be a total pain no doubt.

I did vehicle paperwork in UK and it took me 15 mins to get through and into Morocco. Piece of piss.

If anyone needs further let me know.

Basically follow Tim Cullis post and its easy.

The whole deal of getting yourself and Bike into country is straightforward enough if you've got your shit in one pile.

Oh BTW, its still raining in land Im told...........

As you exit security there are a line of cabins at Tangier Med.

    Cashpoint and Insurance time.

I got the standard 10 days Ins for around 70 quid.

    Again easy peasy japaneezy.

    Insurance and Wedge offices.

I found Tangier Med way easier and more organised than Cueta.

Its modern and feels more professional if Im honest.

Its certainly the easiest transition to country Ive had.

Thats the port I would head for again for sure

    This is the Insurance Document

I dread to think what sort of cake and arse cluster party it would be if you had a prang with a local.........but at least you're legal I guess.

Considering most Moroccans seem to have had Stevie Wonder as their driving instructor, this is one item I definitely wouldn't skimp on, even though I never got asked to show it, despite riding through at least 50 police checkpoints
