    Hello GSers

    Hi all,

New to the forum, so thought I'd introduce myself. I've been riding about 20 years (mostly sports bikes) and I fancy something more comfortable that I can take abroad with a passenger and decent amount of luggage, maybe a bit of off road too. I like the R1200GS and will be test riding one tomorrow (against the advice I've seen on here).
I'm potentially getting a 57 plate with just under 40,000 miles and 3 previous owners.
    Wish me luck

    Rob

Good luck and enjoy, check in the thread below, as some good deals to be had, and usually well looked after bikes.
