Long story short :)

My father imported this (along many others) around 20 years ago from California. Bike had been in minor accident and was reconditioned 98%. Somehow few minor things weren’t sorted and so the bike has been collecting dust ever since.

This year I told my old man that we’ll get it running again.. so i took it to daylight and listed whats missing and needs work. Not much :)

Frame was powder coated and other parts got new orange painting already back then.

Worklist:
- electrics, wires in headlight not connected
- steering lock missing
- saddle rear attachmentpoint broke
- make one saddle out of two
- sidecovers should be ”somewhere”
- tooltray missing
- tail light lense broken
- battery
- needs service, carbs etc

Heres few pics. Yesterday I gave it first wash for almost two decades..
The seat wich I have has seen better days, in future it needs to be replaced.
How ever I did take it to parts, sand blasted baseplate and washed the cover.
It had some mods as it has been in some kind of cafe racer in last life but i got rid of them.

Electrics work all except horn. I`ll change oils this weekend and maybe get it plated next week. We have kind of museum-system for over 30 years old vehicles and I think that I`ll try to get this into museum plates. Usage per year is limited but insurance cost is low.
