Waiting in delivery of a 1090 to Dublin, bike arrived there last Friday... going to collect yesterday and they phoned at 8am saying there is a problem with the bike... bike won’t start.

They have it plugged in and KTM in Austria are trying to get it going, they say the ECU seems ok. But the salesman does think it’s an ECU problem and I think he wants them to send a new one... originally they just thought it was a problem with the kill switch and changed the switch gear but that was ok... they really don’t know,
Anyone hear of anything like this before??

Nope, not here, or adv rider, or any other KTM Forums....

….starting to worry more about your dealer, did they put the key in the ignition? Press the starter Button?

Are they sure it is your 1090 they are looking at???

They either dropped it, or accidentally sold it to someone else ...

Sorted 😅

New ECU, they don’t really know what happened it but they think maybe a corrupt file or something!

Anyway, got the bike yesterday... it is so cool, very impressed, thanks
