Follow the basics

SSBB Suck Squeeze Bang Blow

Air filter clear and not blocked - Tank breather also

Compression does it have compression on both cylinders

Spark, good healthy spark at the plugs

Exhaust clear and not blocked ?


Are ypur injectors working, not blocked etc do they energise and work with the ignition healthy spray pattern

Valve timing ok ?

Personal opinion, i wouldnt keep the start engaged once the motor is running, you'll run the risk of starter failure
 
Hall effect sensor (most likely)
Throttle Position Sensor failure (least likely)
Remove injectors make sure they actually spray (if both don't spray then that means the ECU doesn't know when to fire the injectors which steers you to a sensor.
 
If it starts when cold and cuts out when warm..... Hall Effect Sensor.
