Has anybody successfully resleeved a R90/6 undertank master cylinder. There’s a small amount of pitting on mine.I can get seamless 316 SS tube from a supplier on eBay.
 
No reason why not, if you have the machine tools and expertise.
Remember the bottom edge of the bleed hole will need to be radiused or it will cut the seal!
My local brake guy has a propriety capstan head set up and after the M/C is secure it is a swift and relatively cheap process.
 
Resleeve to 13mm if that’s possible, it will greatly improve the brakes. Believe me it does

I got my 90/6 undertank one done a few months ago and it's working out great.
I sent it to a crowd called Past Parts (in UK) who do this kind of work all the time. Cost was £69.00 if I recall.

That sounds just what I’m looking for, I’ve got a seal kit, I’ll give them a ring in the morning.
