    New BMWs with a Discount

Hi All, Im a new member but unsure how to contact the moderators ref advertising.

We own an online brokerage www.coast2coastcars.co.uk supplying new cars at a discount to the retail public including at least one member of this forum.

We were recently approached by a large BMW Group that supplys New BMW Cars & Motorcycles. They have asked if we were willing to supply Bikes aswell as cars at a discount.

Well the obvious answer is yes. As a keen motorcyclist myself since the age of 8 & now going on 60 & having ridden on the road, done road racing & enduro's its a perfect fit.

We will be offering on average somewhere between 7% to 10% of Bikes & options. All main BMW dealer facilities will be available for cash or finance & including deposit contributions where applicable.

As with our car business all monies are dealt with by the BMW dealer & we are paid by them so no risk to you. There is a link with full details on our website or email me directly at sales@coast2coastcars.co.uk

    Thanks Gordon

So can you get better discounts on cars than car wow? I may be about to order a new BMW car, so the bigger the discount the better.

    Discounts on BMW

Hi, In most cases we are cheaper than Carwow & main dealers deal with the enquiry. In the case of cars it is dealt with by Sytner Group.

Just go onto our website www.coast2coastcars.co.uk & submit your enquiry & they will call you to discuss.

Just to be clear this post if ref supplying BMW Motorrad at discounted prices.

    Thanks Gordon

9.9% Is that typical for PCP ? I presume the thought is people don't look too close at the interest rates on PCP, just the monthly payment.

    Pricing & APRs

Hi, The cash price is the OTR for either cash or finance. Offers 1 & 6 have been amended as they were supplied incorrectly. The APRs are set by BMW & I agree 9.9% is to high

Please see example’s below on PCP.

    1. BMW S1000 RR Otr £15,058.50 x 36 months Apr 5.9%
    Deposit £3,685.86 (inc £750 Dep Contribution) 35 x £132.25, GFV £8,447.18
    APR 5.9%

    2. BMW S1000 XR Sport SE Otr £14,446.80 x 48 @ 9.9% Apr
    Deposit £3,611.70. 47 x £139.78. GFV £7,825.84

    3. BMW R1200 GS Adventure Rallye TE Otr £17,560.60 x 48 @ 9.9% Apr
    Deposit £4,390.15. 47 x £175.51. GFV £9,192.93

    4. BMW R1200 GS Exclusive TE Otr £15,901.20 x 48 @ 9.9% Apr
    Deposit £3,975.30. 47 x £161.12, GFV £8,198.69

    5. BMW G310 GS Otr £4,971.95 x 48 @ 9.9% Apr
    Deposit £1,242.00. 47 x £54.08. GFV £2,352.26

    6. BMW R Nine T Otr £11,845.20 x 36 months
    Deposit £2,369.04. 35 x £145.17. GFV £6205.21 Apr 7.9%

If anyone needs quotes on different models or specs just email me at sales@coast2coastcars.co.uk & I will get them to you asap although off from tonight until Monday

So just to be clear these are no different from prices I could get direct from BMW (actually they are worse), not sure I understand the value you are adding here ? The APR's are set by BMW, so thats no better than going to any BMW dealer.

e.g. the BMW GS Exclusive TE is £15930 full retail price (OK maybe there are some OTR charges for tax etc..) but thats less than £30 different your quote. A BMW dealer would offer a better discount unless I have misunderstood ?

This seems very odd, on BMW's own website ( http://www.bmwmotorradfinancialservices.co.uk/ ) they are offering a lower APR at 7.9% (which is still high, but lower than what you quote saying thats fixed by BMW).

Example below for BMW R1200GS TE Exclusive, which looks like its about £1K cheaper than your offer (however the mileage limits may be different ?).

    47 monthly payments of £154.28
    Term of agreement 48 months
    Optional final payment £7,742.42
    Option to purchase fee £0.00
On the road cash price £15,942.00
    Your deposit £3,975.00
    Total deposit £3,975.00
    Amount of credit £11,967.00
    Annual mileage 5,000 miles
    Excess mileage 9.58p per mile
Fixed rate of interest 7.9% fixed
    A.P.R. 7.9%
    Total amount payable £18,968.58

Im sure I am just misunderstanding your value proposition.

In Post #10 you said “BMW R1200 GS Adventure Rallye TE Otr £17,560.60”

I was offered a Rallye GSA for less than you’re doing a GS Rallye for.

Most dealers will knock around 10% off a new bike without too much haggling, but with the new GS looming, some will offer much bigger discounts than that.

Ok, so a 4% discount on this latest example.

Interesting......... especially as you mention 7-10% in your blurb in the first post. I'd be really disappointed if I spoke to a dealer directly and got just 4% but maybe the GS Rallye TE's are difficult to discount ?

GSA TE above...total payable £21830. WOW
The APR is always something the dealer will move on in my own experience and 9.9 is taking the piss.
