Chaps and Chapets,

I'm about to spend a lot more time in Spain and plan to leave my bike here for commuting around.

As such, to anyone's knowledge, is there a specialist hand luggage solution incorporated in 2009 GSA pannier bags.

PICTURE: Arrive at the airport, whip the bags out, zip them together (or what ever) and boom, get on the plane. I get that there may be a size issue here, but any ideas.

If there isn't a solution, this idea is trademarked and registered :judge

What about the oem liners. Good quality bags and come with shoulder straps (they have handles also - as pay off the bag(s).

They'd survive as hand luggage no problem.

Assuming they are the size of the pannier, I feel one would be too small and two would be, well two - and airlines will want all the queens ransom for two bags!

But I may just head over to Oxford and see what they got!

Ah. Ok. I see your point. Couldn't one be your shoulder bag with laptop (smaller one) the other your 'real' bag?

I use Maine Event bags. They are made to fit the GSA cases.

Carting a case around (like the bloke on the moby) is a great way to get the alloy patina finished in world tourer distressed mode.
