Hello all
I fitted a new alternator belt today and i ran it on to the bottom pulley with a spanner on the centre nut (spark plugs removed)
I realised then that i had turned the engine backwards to run the belt on . I probably only turned it one rotation but i did hear a click when i was doing it.
Is this likely to have done any damage or is there anything i should check before starting it up. I hand cranked the engine a couple of turns in the right direction and it seemed ok. Its a 2011 twin cam.
Cheers.
