I know it uses 10W fork oil (I'm thinking of using 15W) but should the oils be mineral, semi or full?

Fork oil is not the same as engine oil - but performance of different makes of the "same weight" suggests different manufacturers have different standards. Some comparisons available out there on the web.

Checked a Haynes manual and it says that it uses SAE 7.5.
So I will try SAE 10 semi fork oil.

As the mineral oils are less aggressive to seals, I would go for mineral oil if nothing is specified and given the ability to choose between synthetic or mineral oils.
For all practical purpose, if yo find Fork-oil with the desired viscosity from a known brand, go for it.
