    Hi

    Hey everyone,
I've been lurking in the shadows long enough and figured I would introduce myself. I moved to the UK from Hawaii a year ago and brought my 1200 GS hoping to continue breaking it off road (repairs are half the fun!). Unfortunately, I haven't had too many opportunities to get off road. After looking through this forum, Brecon Beacons seems to be great for trails of all experience levels so I might head out there over the next month. If anyone is planning any rides, I would love to tag along if you're not an axe murderer who rides a Ducati...I can take it if you ride a Kawasaki though Thanks to the GS community and the mods who make this such a great forum!

    Cheers,
    OZ

This picture was actually taken by some German tourists in Hawaii who said they had never seen a GS that muddy before! The next time, I'll make sure my daughter gets muddy too!

Welcome on here. That photo is going to upset a few on here ......

And why not stay in Hawaii? I assume the climate is much better than here.

The climate is much better in Hawaii but I sincerely find hospitality and overall friendliness to be beyond reproach in the UK
