    Bmw Park lane London

I have been trying to get servicing quotes from the above dealer since last friday. Was promised a call back 3 times now and still am waiting.

I've since then purchased the bike a 2018 R1200 GSA and have decided to take out bmw service plan up to 30,000 miles which i'm likely to cover in a year and a half. Wasn't expecting them to call me back, so i got onto the phone with the dealer i brought the bike from and got the paper work sorting for the service plan. The above dealer will be ideal to get the bike serviced while i'm working but if this is the level of service i'm going to expect then i think i'm better off going elsewhere.

Anyone used them before or experienced this before?

    Many Thanks

    Lee

Yep. Same experience. Bmw Park lane is actually owned by BMW not a dealer. I’ve had lots of bad experiences with them and 1 good one.

@ BillWright It's the workshop in Battersea. Ended up popping in there yesterday and having a chat with them. They apoligised for not returning my calls and said it was down to lack of staff.

Shall get my first service booked in, and hope for a smooth service.

    Many Thanks
