Just Returned

Just rejoined the forum not posted since I sold up in France and moved South to Alicante Spain...

Now the brand new owner of a 2016 Triple Black (eur) my first GS previouse Bikes have been many and varied ( Px’d A Rocket for the GS) but on the adventure front I also have a 2008 Guzzi Stelvio.

My previous user name was “Riders Rest” but as said we sold the business to Rob and Mandy who are doing a great job.

Now downsizing my garage to just one bike. I had an FJR, BlackBird, Rocket III, and a Guzzi Stelvio. One bike which can do everything I want so after a year of deliberating I was down to 3 choices...

1.. Keeping my 08 Moto Guzzi Stelvio - which I love but which is out dated and if it is to be the only one it will need ABS min
2.. Triumph Explorer
3.. BMW R1200GS LC

I swore never to own either a GS or a Harley but when the crunch came I was hard pressed not to go with the GS. I have owned it 4 days and am starting to get it, forget the gadgets and just ride it...
