The whole package was around £122
I'm about to finish up on another YouTube video with a replacement tool and still another separate technique to get the normally tight/pulled side of the cam chain in the proper position/tension to use the Cam Alignment Jig 83302327796.
Sorry to keep you waiting, but I want this to be right so cam timing doesn't get messed up.
This is really for cam timing as positioning the cams for the clearance check can be done without a TDC pin 83302327790, Cam Chain Tensioner and Sleeve 83300444292/83302339885 and Cam Alignment Jig 83302327796.
In Part 5/6 of the YouTube Service Series, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1bZJC0Dfb80, at the 10:45 mark, I show how to do the valve clearance check without the above listed OEM BMW tools.
I hope to have the YouTube video with the DIY Tool and alternate method out by the end of the week.
TDC tools arrived in stock in Germany................. and have been rejected by QC FFS!
Next delivery due 1st March.
I really enjoyed the video by Boxflyer, I found it very informative and useful. Thank you for posting.
