I did a Dyno run on my 1150 today...

Stock Air Filter
Remus Y Piece
Remus Carbon Can
Techlusion R259 (on max)

Look at the Air/Fuel graph, it's very lean!

The Techlusion couldn't put any more fuel in.

What would you do..? Is it dangerously lean..?

Would fitting the standard silencer help..?
Or the Cat, or what..? Any advice please!

Your AFR really isn’t that high. Dynos are notorious for showing absurdly high AFR. You’re fine as you are if the tech is set right.

What I just did to my 01 GS was install an O2, and an LC-2 (AF-XIED). Then later added r1200 injectors. The AF-XIED adds torque and the r1200 injectors smoothed things out further.

Second run, a day later:

K&N air filter
Techlusion on the same settings as before
Remus Y piece
Standard BMW silencer

Pretty much perfect fuel air mixture, but less peak torque!

Overall, apart from some exhaust reversion, it's pretty good

Run well with a Y Piece and stock chrome GS Exhaust - some say the best set up

I personally prefer the Cat and a road legal Remus can and have just gone back to that from a Y Piece and stock can

David,
The change in AFR is likely due to a slight difference in initial conditions. In the first case it appears that the bike was recovering from Overrun Fuel Cutoff (deceleration with the throttle closed) and then a too-quick shift to WOT. the Fuel Cutoff drys out the normally wet walls of the throttle body and leaves much less fuel for the moment when the throttle is opened. This results in a lean AFR and low Power for a bit.
