Hi folks - interested in buying a Nine T original / classic. Are there any significant differences between the 2014 and 2016 models? I assume 2016 onwards are Euro4 but not entirely sure whether there are any 'real world' differences in the engine/riding?

I can see the 2017/18 models have different clocks and black swingarm but assume otherwise same as 2016 models.

Any advice appreciate!

Hi, in my unprofessional opinion I think you covered most things, the earlier bikes have tube tyres as opposed to the later Urban & Racer lines..

I recently bought a late model regular r 9t,
There arent many real world differences,
Euro 4 2017 on, emissions tweaks, euro diag socket, inc emissions light, cannister near shock,
Different geometry rake/ trail, adjustable front forks, different clocks,
Still on tubed metzeler tyres,
There are some really nice euro 3 bikes around, from a user perspective they are about the same,
My issue if it was one,, i live 1/2 mile from bmw dealer,
they had a 2018 heritage and did a great deal and beat anything similar ,,
I was looking at an earlier model , this one was easy to buy being local,
It is a lot of fun and more practical than i expected, its 1 bike only for me due to space,
Sw motech Blaze panniers cover trips and dont have permanent frames to spoil the look,
