Destroyed my cutting disc but managed to get end of cush drive end off the driveshaft

Ignore the dirt on end of rubber. This is section directly behind UJ at cush drive end. Shaft inside rubber is the same shaft joining UJ at non-cush drive end.
For what it's worth
The problem i had looks like cush partially split, but clearly lots of rubber left to do the job. Probably woudl have been OK to rebuild with new UJs. I didn't have another cutting disc to hand after first one got chewed.
