I asked once about using the 4-button mount and the thumbwheel at the same time and was advised against it as it ‘may confuse’ the NAV.
Might be bollox, but if the bike has the thumbwheel control it all but renders that mount redundant?
I think it would be an expensive retrofit. It’s great for scrolling through destinations and fuel stops etc, (and of course - zooming in and out quickly without taking hand off the bars) - but it doesnt do as much as you would like.
If no scroll wheel, then the 4-button mount is worth it in my opinion.

It has the 4 buttons on the left side. Just bought Nav 6 today and the cradle are with it. I’ve a GS so no use for the cradle as the bike is fitted with one.
So will a Nav 6 fit on my nav 4 mount which works through the thumb wheel ?cheers chaps
